MARÍN TEMPRANILLO
Variety: Tempranillo. Harvest: End of September. Preparation: Rigorous selection of our best grapes from our oldest vines. With strict temperature monitoring of fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for at least 3 months.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby color with violet tones. In the palate it is powerful, full-bodied, and balanced. Gastronomy: Ideal for all types of meats and cheeses. Temperature: Uncork half hour before and serve between 16 and 18ªC.
