Varieties: Merlot-Merlot. Harvest: First half of September. Preparation: Rigorous selection of quality grapes from vines over 20 years. With a strict control of the fermentation temperature. Aged in French oak barrels at least 3 months.

Tasting: intense dark cherry, soft tannins with intense aroma that remains pleasantly in the mouth. Castronomía: Ideal for all types of meat, poultry and especially roasts and any cheese. Temperature: Uncork half hour before and serve between 16 and 18ªC.
