
RESERVE
Of a dark cherry-red color with hues of brick. A clean aroma of ripe fruits, oak, leather, vanilla and tobacco. With a solid structure, velvety and very well-balanced, toasted fruits, chocolate and caramel. Varieties: Garnacha. Harvest: Second fortnight of September. Preparation: After aging in oak for 12 months it is completed with a rest in the bottle at the appropriate temperature and humidity.
Food pairing: Red meat, game, cured cheese and roasted lamb. Serving temperature: Around 16º /18ºC.
