Harvest: first week in September.

Elaboration: Preparation: In autovaciantes stainless steel tanks, pumping important first step and getting adequate maceration wines remain long in oak, with structure and body. The density racking to 1005.

Tasting notes: Cherry color, intense aromas of red fruits, tucked behind a good upbringing and fine shades of vanilla. The palate is broad, balanced, persistent and final step.

Gastronomy: Steak, roasts, poultry and cheeses.

Serving temperature: between 16º and 18º.
