GRAN RESERVA
Varieties: 60% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha and Carignan 20%.
Harvest: Harvest: first week in September.
Elaboration: Prepared grapes from old vines seleccionandas, 1010 descube density and fermentation at 28° after aging in oak, complete with a bottle aging suitable temperature and humidity.
Tasting notes: Color garnet cherry with tile edge, well covered, very intense and fine, elegant, comprehensive and lasting aroma. Round, tasty mouth, protruding fund raising with hardwoods .
Gastronomy: Steak, roasts, poultry and cheeses.
Serving temperature: between 16º and 18º.
