Varieties: 50% Garnacha, Tempranillo 30% and 20% Carignan.
Harvest: September second week.

Elaboration: In autovaciantes stainless steel tanks with continuous pumping and maceration for 6 days,. Fermentation at 28 or 29 degrees.

Tasting notes: Color lively cherry, very expressive nose where the traits of woodon a light background fruit dominate. In fleshy mouth, good structure, round, fruit and wood tannins well assembled.

Gastronomy: Suitable for meats, cheeses and cured.

Serving temperature: between 16º and 18º.
