Barón de la Joyosa Gran Reserva
Tasting notes: Red cherry, glossy appearance with intense color, maroon thin layer. Fruity aromas combined with a large oak aging, spicy notes (cinnamon, vanilla) with good intensity. Tasty to the palate and medium- bodied. Well- combined tannins. Friendly to the palate with an aftertaste of good intensity. Varieties used: 60% Garnacha, 20% Tempranillo and 20% Cariñena.
Harvest: First half of September.
Elaboration: Careful monitoring of harvest and careful process of maceration in stainlesssteel tanks with a capacity of 15,000 to 30,000 liters developing differentiated plots, controlled fermentation at 28 ° C temperature and devatting according to tasting and analysis.
Food pairing: Red meat, poultry and roasts. Serving temperature: Between 16 ° and 18 ° C.
