nServing Temperature: Between 16º and 18º C.
Food pairing: Highly recommended with meats, poultry, pasta, spicy dishes and all types of cheese. Varieties: An excellent blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cariñena. Harvest: During the month of October after a careful selection of the grapes and a following of their matureness to be picked at the best optimum moment. Tradition hand picked grapes due to the age of the vineyards.
