The waiting time to be able to drink this wine is 24 months; 6 months in Franch oak and American oak and another 18 months in bottle.
nTASTING NOTES
Observe its Bigarreau cherry red with purple shades, you have never seen anything like it before.
Smells like mature fruit with toasted oak and a soft vanilla flavour. A wine with personality. It tastes like 100 different things but the most incredible thing is the feeling it leaves in your mouth.

Varieties: A nice mix of Tempranillo, Cariñena and Garnacha.
Harvest: During the month of October after a careful selection of the grapes and a following of their matureness to be picked at the best optimum moment.
Food pairing: Ideal with meat, poultry specially duck, pasta and spicy dishes.
Serving Temperature: Between 16º and 18º C.
