From the beginning of the 20th Century the Marín family has been related to the farming and agriculture business and in the archives of that time when the company founder Mr. Luis Marín was already in meat productos elaboration and fine "Charcuterie".

Nowedays the 2nd and 3rd Marín generations work side by side leading a food and agriculture project developed in 2006 and in which 70 highly experiencied professional meat experts work together.
