A modern installation of more than 30,000 m2 located in one of the most traditional ham industry areas of Spain, in Calamocha (Teruel) a privileged zone for the curing of our hams.

The factory has 9 drying chambers and 8 dry curing chambers, along with the latest and modern technology to offer an excellent traditional product which meet the best sanitary and quality standards.

The installation also hace modern deborring and slicing plants. The slicing plant´s production is over 25 million vacuumed packages per year in the various formats available and approved for the meat industry standards..
